Processing times for your order are 1-15 days. Shipping timelines are approximate 2-25 business days, which depends on your receiving address. Once we get your order and commence shipping, you are not allowed to cancel the order. Just sit tight and wait, it will be worth it in the end. If there are any problems during shipping, we’ll do our best to help you sort it out. 

Our products will be delivered using a trackable and secure method. Whatever product you order, you can rest assured that you will receive it on time. With DAWN DUSK you are guaranteed to receive the shipment in its best condition. 

For shipping, we required up to 4 weeks for delivery orders before they are listed as missing. After 8 weeks, you can request for a refund or a resend.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient but will be covered by us here at DAWN DUSK. For most orders, we use the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. However, if your country or the courier requires the recipient to pay customs duties, you can apply for a tax refund after receiving the package.
